Quotes are based on the photos and details you provide. If the load, weight or access differs materially on arrival, we'll confirm any change with you before continuing.

You need to have the right to dispose of the items and to provide safe, legal access to them. Regulated waste such as asbestos, chemicals, liquid waste and gas bottles must be disclosed and cannot be collected by us.

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings can be rescheduled by contacting us as early as possible.
